Corrosion, coating damage, or recurring tube failures can increase maintenance costs and cause unplanned downtime. Conventional materials can reach their limits, particularly in flue gas heat exchangers exposed to aggressive condensates.
A retrofit does not necessarily mean replacing the entire heat exchanger.
Technoform develops corrosion-resistant PPS-GR tubes and profiles that can selectively replace existing heat transfer surfaces. Depending on the system design, existing components can continue to be used.
